In response to the demand from a variety of institutions which have requested staff training or implementation assistance, Dataquire is pleased to offer a range of additional on-site services. While the program was designed to enable facility managers and business officers to do the survey and data entry "in-house" some institutions are simply too small or too busy to do this work. In these cases where institutions face limited time and/or personnel resources, our service options help the facility to quickly get up and running with Dataquire Facility Auditor.

Dataquire is pleased to offer the following on-site services:

• training your staff to use and/or maintain the Dataquire Facility Auditor;
  
• complete setup and initial survey, building by building, of your facility, including selection of component assemblies and data collection;
  
• enter survey data into the Dataquire Facility Auditor;
  
• produce a complete set of printed reports;
  
• presentation of survey results and analysis to groups of your choice;

• work with your staff to increase motivation and program use.

The Dataquire professionals will come to your facility, requiring about one day per building, depending upon the available building documentation, to complete the survey and data entry phases. Other time spent will depend upon your needs for staff training and analysis of results. The time spent on the survey and data entry phase can be greatly minimized by prior organization of building documentation and the use of the in-house assistance to do the field work. Dataquire will work with your staff to keep cost down and provide valuable training at the same time. It is suggested that the person who will be primarily responsible for the maintenance of the data assist the Dataquire representative(s) in this phase to allow them the benefit of working with the software in the implementation phase.

Cost: The standard consulting fee is $110 per hour up to a maximum of $700 per day. Our standard working day is seven hours. Direct travel costs are charged, and $100 per diem is required for on-site work beyond a 75 mile radius from our consulting office. No time is charged for travel to and from your site.
